What to Bring

  • A copy of “Unf*ck Your Grief” by Dr. Faith Harper
  • We have a limited supply of books available for those who cannot afford to purchase their own. If you’re able to buy a copy, we kindly ask that you do so to ensure availability for those in need.
  • A journal
  • Something to write with

What to Expect

Our Grief Group follows a thoughtful and engaging format designed to promote healing and understanding:

  1. Group Reading: We read together from “Unf*ck Your Grief” by Dr. Faith Harper, a book known for its honest and practical approach to dealing with loss.
  2. Journaling: We spend 15 minutes writing in response to guided prompts. This dedicated time encourages personal reflection and helps process emotions.
  3. Sharing: Participants are invited to share their thoughts and experiences as they feel comfortable. There’s no pressure – you’re welcome to listen if you prefer.

Taking the first step can be challenging, but you don’t have to face grief alone. Join us at Radness Ensues or online every 2nd and 4th Monday. Together, we can navigate the complex terrain of loss and find pathways to healing.
