Why Crafting Connections?
The purpose of Crafting Connections is to strengthen the relationships between parents and their children through accessible creative activities. These nights are especially valuable for single families in families in recovery. Our goal is to provide an accessible, safe, sober, supervised, and supportive space for families to engage with one another. We hope that participating families will build connections with each other, as well, to increase our community’s connectedness.
About Our Organizers
Crafting Connections is supported by Radness Ensues and the Elks Drug Awareness Program (DAP).
Radness Ensues serves to create an inclusive, creative community that meets youth and families where they are while working together to meet the needs of the Salem and Keizer communities.
The Elks DAP is the largest volunteer drug awareness program in the United States and works to eliminate drug abuse in our communities and society.
